1. Brokerage Disclosure & Licensing
Anna Kashton is a licensed Sub-Mortgage Broker (BCFSA License #____________) registered with A Better Way Mortgage Group, an independently owned and operated mortgage brokerage in British Columbia, operating under the Dominion Lending Centres and Mortgage Architects networks.
All mortgage business is conducted through A Better Way Mortgage Group.
Note: Brokerage affiliation details are subject to change. Current and verified licensing information is available through the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) public registry.
2. No Mortgage Guarantee — On Approved Credit (OAC)
All mortgage approvals, interest rates, terms, conditions, and lender decisions are On Approved Credit (OAC). Rates and products are subject to change without notice.
Submission of an application, intake form, contact form, text message, phone call, or inquiry through this website does not constitute a mortgage approval, pre-approval, commitment to lend, rate hold, or financing guarantee.
Final approval is subject to lender criteria, income verification, credit review, down payment verification, property review, appraisal, insurer approval where applicable, legal review, and any other conditions required by the lender, insurer, brokerage, or regulator.
