Anna Kashton

I'm a licensed mortgage broker based in Downtown Vancouver, proudly affiliated with A Better Way Mortgage Group — one of Canada's largest mortgage brokerages, backed by the Dominion Lending Centres and Mortgage Architects networks.

Before stepping into the mortgage world, I spent 15 years building my career in corporate finance, banking, and financial leadership. I started in banking, developing financial models and conducting risk and ROI analysis to support lending decisions. From there I moved into a senior finance role at PepsiCo, leading financial planning, treasury coordination, and cross-functional reporting. Most recently I served as Head of Finance for an international travel company, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal financial controls across multiple departments.

That experience gives me something most mortgage brokers simply don't have — a real understanding of how lenders think, how risk is evaluated, and how mortgage products are structured behind the scenes. I know how to read the fine print, spot the complications before they arise, and advocate for you with genuine financial credibility.

I hold a Master's degree in Finance and completed the Mortgage Broker Program at UBC Sauder School of Business. I work with clients in English, Ukrainian, and Russian, and I know firsthand what it means to navigate a new financial system in a new country.
